Crippen Buick GMC Mazda Volvo, a family owned auto dealership, is looking for a sales manager or experienced sales consultant with a proven track record to lead our Mazda Volvo sales Team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work directly with our established sales consultants to aid them in maximizing their potential
  • Set goals for your staff, develop achievement plans, and hold them accountable for their success.
  • Negotiate deals with our prospective clients
  • Offer our clients a one of a kind experience to make them your clients for life
  • Analyze current inventory, sales trends, and current market conditions to stock our inventory
  • Offer input on marketing strategy
  • Make use of your experience to help mold dealership sales process and policies
  • Maintain impeccable sales records and paperwork trails
  • Follow up with prospective clients to uncover objections, overcome objections, and close the deal

Required Skills:

  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Experienced sales managers are preferred but experienced sales consultants with a proven record of performance are welcome
  • The drive to succeed with the drive to see others succeed
  • Exceptional customer and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry
  • Able to maintain and convey a consistently positive outlook

Qualifications and Skills:

-A professional and well-kept appearance and manner

-A minimum of 1 to 2 continuous years of customer service experience.

-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

-Basic computer skills (email, internet, word processing) with the ability to learn how to accurately maintain computerized records and database information.

-Ability to follow detailed verbal instructions

-Valid driver's license with a clean history

-Experience in the automotive industry or retail sales is helpful but not required. We will train you.

Customer Service Rep. / Business Development Center

Crippen Buick GMC Mazda Volvo, a family-owned automotive dealership, is looking for a smart and ambitious Call Center/Business Development Representative to assist our customers.

Our Business Development Representatives are the voice of our dealership and are responsible for the first impression that many clients receive. They listen to our clients wants and needs and connect our clients with the product and services that best fill these needs. Business Development Center representatives can enjoy long-term employment or can use the position as a stepping stone to learn the business and move to a sales position

Responsibilities and Duties

As a Call Center/Business Development Representative, you will:

  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls to schedule customer service appointments
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on internet inquiries and unsold showroom traffic
  • Following a scripted process and messaging
  • Consistently maintaining a positive attitude, energy and professionalism
  • Proficient computer use and the ability to accurately maintain records and database information
  • Quickly replying to client internet inquiries and converting them to appointments to visit the dealership.
  • Analyzing customers needs, clearly communicating these needs to other staff, and providing the client with options that best suit their needs.
  • Following up with leads and clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any needs

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service position
  • Candidates with auto industry experience will have the preference but is not required.
  • Strong computer skills
  • A continuously upbeat, positive attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to think on their feet.
